Dancing Fountains

We are very fortunate to live near a park that has "dancing fountains" where the girls can go to cool down when the weather is so hot. We did that a couple of times this week so here are some pictures of our fun times!

More Father's Day pictures

We surprised Daddy with a trip to the zoo after Chloe woke up from her nap. The girls had a great time visiting with the animals especially Chloe since it was her first time at the zoo. You'll notice in the picture where Lia is petting the calf that he all of a sudden turned and kind of head butted her. It certainly surprised her. Chloe also loved feeding the little parakeets! She loved that they would come sit on your stick and eat the food. We had a great day together celebrating our fabulous daddy!

Happy Father's Day!

I got some great pictures this morning of the girls with their daddy. Lia also took one with me and Chloe which was really cute (Lia is a good photographer!). You'll see in some of the pictures that Lia built a really cool car. The thing that makes this car so cool is that Lia built it all by herself without looking at any kind of picture! She told me she got the idea just from her own mind. And I know you're all thinking the same thing I am - she'll be an engineer of some type when she grows up!

Anyway, Happy Father's Day to the very best daddy in the whole world!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

More beach pictures

So our trip to the beach for vacation involved lots of fun stuff!! Eating smores, a visit with our cousins from out west, feeding the seagulls every day with Nana, friends coming to play on the beach, splashing in the pool with Daddy, putting movie popcorn buckets on our heads, hanging out with Lucy, etc. Chloe was amazing in the pool. She kept wanting to jump in and she didn't care if her head went completely under the water. She was so cute because she tried to count 1, 2, 3 by herself to let us know she wanted to do jump in the pool again. It's been so nice to just slow down and have two weeks just to be together! I'll take that any day!!! Lia was trying to get her daddy to buy one of the small hotels that was for sale in town so "that way Daddy wouldn't have to go to work every day because we could work together as a family". So sweet but yet completely impossible since the asking price of the hotel was over one million dollars.
