The best daddy in the world with his little girl!

I just heard a new song by one of my favorite artists, Steven Curtis Chapman. It's called "Cinderella" and it's all about a daddy making the time to play and dance with his little Cinderella because he realizes all too soon she will be all grown up. With Lia about to turn five years old Dan and I often wonder how she has grown up so quickly.

But one thing that's for sure is that Dan will never have to worry that he hasn't taken the time to be with Lia. He is a wonderful daddy who spends every single night that he's not traveling playing with his little girl, making crafts with her, having tickle fights, giving her a bath, getting her ready for bed, reading her stories, praying with her, etc. They play endless games of Sorry and Candyland and her daddy is a good loser for all the times that Lia beats him. And he takes her swimming even when it's kind of cold in the pool just because he knows how much she loves it.

Lia is so lucky that God gave her such a wonderful earthly example of how much He loves her as her heavenly Father.
