Well our station wagon was packed this morning and we headed out to my parent's house which is two hours away. We arrived there safely and met up with my sister Julie and her husband Bill. We've had a nice evening celebrating my dad's birthday and tomorrow about 11:15 a.m. we head out for the airport! I can't believe it's finally almost time for us to get on the plane to leave after all this waiting!!!!Our flight leaves at 2 p.m. and it's a 13 hour flight to Toyko. Then we have about a 2 1/2 hour layover in Toyko and then another 4 hour flight to Guangzhou, China. We arrive in Guangzhou about 11:00 p.m. (that's 11 a.m on our time) so it's about 21 hours of traveling time. Then we head for the airport hotel and we'll get about 6 hours of sleep. We need to be back at the Guangzhou airport by 7:30 a.m. China time to catch our flight to Chongqing. We'll arrive in Chongqing about 11 a.m. on Wednesday morning (that will be 11 p.m. on Tuesday night for most of you). They are supposed to bring the babies to our hotel on Thursday around 5:30 p.m. (5:30 a.m. on Thursday morning for most of you).
But I will try to post to my blog to let you know that we arrived safely when we get to Guangzhou. But given the lateness of the hour, I might not be able to blog till we arrive in Chongqing. I'll do my best : ))

We are so thrilled that you are FINALLY on your way to precious Chloe! We are praying for a safe journey, good health, and for peace in being separated from Lia. We are also praying for sweet Chloe - for God to prepare her to meet her mom and dad in just a few days. We love you guys and can't wait to see those Gotcha Day photos! Counting down the days with you.
